Frequently Asked Questions

For Original paintings, please allow 2-4 days for me to fully protect and package your order for shipping.

For prints, apparel, and stationery products, it will take 1-2 days to package your order.

For Original Paintings, I use FedEx, as it is the fastest and safest option, plus your package will have a tracking number. In the US, it will take about 3-7 days for your painting to arrive.

For prints, stationery, and apparel, I may use either USPS or FedEx, whichever is the cheapest option for shipping. In the US, it will take about 5-7 days for your package to arrive.

As of right now, I currently only ship domestically in the US. However, if you live outside the US and are interested in purchasing my products, please email me at anikamarshmallow@gmail.com, thank you!

Yes, more specifically pet portrait commissions. Check out the pet portraits commission page for more info. However, I do not accept portrait commissions of people right now. Thank you for understanding!
